Nicole Franchino 

I am a native of the Jersey Shore, growing up in Ocean County and currently living in Bradley Beach.  I am excited by everything this area has to offer; concerts in Asbury Park,  beautifully detailed historic homes of Ocean Grove, quiet serenity in Avon-by-the-Sea, the lively atmosphere of Belmar and the enchanting outdoor spaces in Spring Lake.  

There really is nothing like the Monmouth County Shore; its unique beauty, welcoming people, and diverse arts and culture are just a few of the wonderful things you will find here, and I love to share all this area has to offer with my clients!  You can often find me walking the boards, enjoying our beautiful parks and beaches, or dining at many of the area's fantastic restaurants. 

Growing up there were always projects going on at my house - renovations, remodels, additions; and my parents did all the work themselves!  Over the years they transformed our house from a tiny starter ranch into a two story family home.  These experiences planning and working on our home projects with my family allows me to see a home's potential. It also taught me what it means to call a house a HOME.

My background includes being a business owner, a banking professional, and a career in wellness.  Over the years I’ve honed my skills in marketing, negotiating, and providing outstanding client service. My number one goal is to not only meet the needs of my clients, but to go above and beyond their expectations.  I’ve spent the last 10 years as a yoga instructor; working with diverse clients, listening to their needs, creating a specific plan, and helping them achieve their goals.  I continue to use these communication skills and results driven plans of action as your real estate agent.
